Renewing the Self-Service Portal
We are continuously working on improving the look and feel, and therefore the overall user experience of the Self-Service Portal (SSP).
Our modernization efforts are being introduced gradually, and they may result in changes in both design and terminology.
Can't see the new SSP or newly released features yet?
The new SSP is available for you from TOPdesk version 16.03.026 or newer.
We roll out new features in TOPdesk in phases. This means that new features will appear in your TOPdesk environment within five weeks after release.
If you are ready to switch to the new SSP, navigate to Settings > Module Settings > Self-Service Portal > General and turn on the new interface under Switch to the new Self-Service Portal.
tip
The new SSP will also come with a new URL. This URL gives you an early opportunity to try out the new SSP without immediately setting it as the default for all users. Simply add /services/app/ssp/home behind your environment's URL, for example: mycompany.topdesk.net/services/app/ssp/home.
