Phase 1: Linking operator and person cards

In SaaS environments, the deadline to link already existing operator and person cards has passed. You can no longer manually change links for existing operators.

In the first phase, we made it possible to link an operator card to a person card, both for already existing operators and for those that are newly created. This allowed you to jump from one card to the other, which made it easier to check for consistency.
Step 1: Manual linking - completed
In an earlier release, we made it possible to manually link operator and person cards. For more information on how, read Step 1: Linking person and operator cards manually.
Step 2: Operator creation and import with a person card linked – implemented
This step enabled linking a newly created operator to a person, as well as linking existing operator and person cards during imports.

We introduced these options in April 2025, and by now we reached the point where linking a person has become mandatory
This step in the process included the following changes:

Step 3: Bulk linking – completed
This new feature gave you automated suggestions to match operators with persons, based on various criteria. It allowed linking multiple operators at once and also gave an overview of your operators that hadn't been linked yet. Read more in Step 3: Bulk linking.
Linking progress overview
To get the overall picture of your linking progress, click Take me to the hub in the banner of your home page, or navigate to the Supporting Files module and click the Open link hub button on the banner to view the Operators and persons link hub.
The Important links panel on the left collects all relevant links to your linking journey.
The Linking progress overview gives visualization and more detailed information on the number of your linked operators. Use the filters to narrow down the data pool to see the progress of your active or archived operators.
