Managing the Knowledge Base

Knowledge managers log in to the Operator Section of TOPdesk. Use the Modules page to navigate to the Knowledge Base start page. Here you will find an overview of knowledge items and their corresponding categories. The Knowledge Base is built on the basis of a tree structure, which is visible in the so-called Explorer.

The Explorer is the starting point for the knowledge manager. This display, visible only to operators, is optimized for navigating and adjusting the structure of the Knowledge Base or individual knowledge items. You can read, add, adjust, translate and evaluate knowledge items, but you can also read feedback and evaluate statistics.
