Maintaining the Knowledge Base

As the knowledge manager, you may be interested in the status of certain knowledge items. Are they still up-to-date or relevant enough? What do your users think? Users can respond to knowledge items, letting you know which items are relevant and which may require improvements. Unfortunately, the responses cannot be easily linked to the Knowledge Item Card itself.

You have the following options for monitoring knowledge items:

  • You can create a selection of all knowledge items that have not been edited for over a year, for example. You can add this selection to the module page, so that you have a list of knowledge items that require review.

  • You can also create an event that triggers an email notification, e.g. when a knowledge item has not been edited for over a year.
