Use email designs to easily manage different email layouts for your automated actions.
With email designs, TOPdesk offers a centralised overview where you can create and view your email layouts.
Create designs for different purposes that you can simply select from a drop-down menu in your email actions.
Email designs offer various advantages:
Centralised email design management: Edit a design and your changes are applied everywhere.
Better overview: Observe when a specific design is applied.
Save time: If you update a design, it's immediately available in all email actions where it is applied.
remark
Operators who need to access email designs require the permission to manage email designs.
Grant it under Action Management > Automated Actions > Manage email designs.
tip
This feature is only available within automated actions. To use it, move any emails that don’t require user confirmation into automated actions.
