With Call Management you can easily log all incoming calls. Calls are quickly assigned to an operator or operator group and, as a result, the call is efficiently processed, easing the pressure on the service desk.

Our personal experience and customer preferences have been incorporated in this module. This makes the Call Management module the perfect tool to log all your calls. Each call can be automatically assigned to an operator. The operator can view all calls assigned to him at a glance via the to-do list, an overview of current calls. Using this overview, they can easily determine the priority of these calls.

The Call Management process is fully integrated with various other modules, such as:
