Accessibility statement for TOPdesk Documentation
This is a statement from TOPdesk on the accessibility of TOPdesk Documentation.
Measures to support accessibility
For TOPdesk Documentation, we included the accessibility perspective during the initial realization of this webpage. This includes designing the page, and writing and updating the content of the pages. Besides, we performed an accessibility assessment to identify possible issues, based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
We will actively pursue an improved compliance to WCAG 2.1 Level AA by picking up accessibility issues that are within our reach, and sharing our findings with our supplier to improve the accessibility of the documentation portal templates they offer.
Assessment approach
TOPdesk's Accessibility team performed an evaluation to assess the accessibility of TOPdesk Documentation. This evaluation has been performed with Accessibility Insights for Web (AIfW) on Chrome version 2.36.1.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. TOPdesk Documentation is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
