Preparing your organization for TOPdesk

If your organization is going to use TOPdesk Virtual Appliance in the near future, we advise you to prepare your organization’s infrastructure. This could save the consultant on-site and you time with the actual installation of the TOPdesk environment.

All examples in this document are based on the most common situations for TOPdesk implementations: a server environment based on Microsoft software. We also assume you are going to use both an acceptance and a production environment, since it is allowed to use your TOPdesk licences for both. For example, an acceptance environment can be used for testing TOPdesk updates.
